About Revenue Alchemy

You do not need another expert to execute the answer you guessed.

You need someone who can tell you whether it is the right answer.

I am Kathryn Núñez, founder of Revenue Alchemy. I help founders and leaders of B2B companies find the revenue block that is actually costing them and fix it in the right order. The visible problem is almost never the real one.

Sort your business into one of four revenue patterns. Takes a minute; no pitch.

Diagnose first. Then install.

FOUNDERS AND TEAMS WHO HAVE TRUSTED OUR WORK

Your pipeline is not inconsistent by accident

You became the system.

You run a capable business. Then the pattern shows up. One month closes strong. The next goes quiet, and no one can tell you why. Deals stall after the proposal. The forecast keeps missing.

So you add activity. More leads. Another hire. A new tool. None of it compounds, because each new tactic gets bolted onto a system that was never designed to carry the business at this stage.

You did not build badly. You outgrew what got you here.

Underneath it is the quieter fear. Not that you cannot sell. That you will spend real money on another fix and it will be the wrong one.

"I always have this fear when I commit to paying somebody that it is just going to be crap. And it has happened before."A franchise owner
"Prospect calls, but it never gets to the next step."A B2B founder

Here is the part no one says out loud. Revenue stays inconsistent because every deal still routes through you. When you push, revenue moves. When you stop to deliver, the pipeline goes dry.

That is not a growth strategy. It is a dependency. More leads will not fix it.
What diagnosis-first looks like under pressure

From dirty data to 107 qualified leads in 48 hours.

Two weeks before the HLTH conference, a healthcare client had three years of messy inbound data, eight possible buyer profiles, and no idea which ones mattered. They did not need more conference activity. They needed to know which buyers actually mattered and what those buyers were signaling.

So that is what I built. In 48 hours, an agent process read the room before anyone walked into it. It scraped the attendee list, analyzed 31 live meeting requests for the buyers' own words, and prioritized 107 qualified prospects with their problems already attached.

107
Qualified leads in 48 hours
20 / 20
Booth meetings booked

Weeks of work, compressed
"Patients travel but still need labs."National hospital system
"Expand lab services beyond brick and mortar."Research clinic
"Testing between infusions and treatments."Oncology group
The win was not finding 107 prospects. It was knowing which 107 were worth acting on, and why.
The belief underneath the work
Revenue Alchemy is not a collection of tactics. It is a philosophy of how revenue is created, measured, and sustained.
Diagnosis before prescription. No recommendation before I know what is actually blocking revenue. Most providers start with the fix. I start with the finding.
Sequence over speed. The right order beats the fast order. Fix the biggest block first, and every lead that comes after it is worth more.
Structure creates scale.A business grows when the system carries it, not when the founder carries the system.
Clarity over cleverness. The answer should be obvious, not impressive. When it is right, the room gets quieter.
Where this way of seeing came from

I did not start in strategy. I started at 18, in a clinical lab, stapling lab reports together and packaging them for clients.

Every day I watched a woman in a business suit walk out and drive off in a Mercedes. She was the sales rep for Nichols Institute, the same test results I was stapling by hand.

When I got the chance to move to San Diego, I looked up Nichols Institute and applied. They did not hire me into sales. They hired me as a specimen processor.

I took it. I worked my way up fast. Assistant to the VP of Sales, calculating every rep's commission off green-bar paper, seven days a week when that is what it took. Then an open territory in Orlando, and by 24 I was the youngest rep in a company that mostly hired PhDs.

Kim Monroe and I, Running of the Bulls, Pamplona, Spain, circa 1994.

Decades later, back in Arizona, one of my clients was Sonora Quest. The same lab system where I started.

I went from stapling reports to advising the labs I once mailed them for. I did not have a method then. Looking back, the pattern was already there. See the outcome, find the machinery behind it, work every layer until you are standing inside it

Kim trained me on my first sales job at Nichols Institute. She is on my team today, running business development. The person who taught me to sell at the very start never actually left.

What you are actually hiring

Most revenue problems are not what they look like.

The dashboard shows a symptom. You feel the symptom. Everyone reacts to the symptom. The real block sits one layer down, quiet, and usually earlier in the chain than anyone is looking. Here is how I find it.

I read the pattern across industries, not just yours. Thirty-seven years selling into diagnostics, healthcare, biotech, and B2B services means I have watched the same revenue problems wear different costumes. The disguise changes. The problem rarely does.
I separate the symptom from the constraint. Slow months, stalled deals, a missed forecast. Those are signals, not causes. I trace them back to the one thing that, once fixed, makes the rest move.
I ask what happened before the problem showed up. Revenue does not break where it bleeds. I look upstream, at the offer, the message, the sequence, the point where the system stopped fitting the company.
I watch what the buyer actually does, not what the report claims. Behavior tells the truth. Dashboards tell a story someone configured.
And I know when not to prescribe. The most expensive advice is a confident fix aimed at the wrong problem. Sometimes the right move is to wait until the real one is named.

That is the part you cannot get from another consultant, from your team, or from a tool. Tools return answers. Your team is inside the problem. What you are paying for is judgment. The read on which answer is right, and in what order.

That is the whole product. Everything else is execution.

The track record behind the read

The judgment shows up in the work.

Enterprise access from zero. A menopause education startup reached HR, benefits, and DEI buyers at enterprises over 10,000 employees, on a channel it had never used. Roughly 60 of those conversations became booked appointments. You can open enterprise doors from a standing start when the targeting is right.
A pipeline is a system, not luck. An engineering firm's outbound leads climbed to 39 a month, then fell to 10 the quarter outbound paused. The numbers made the dependency visible. Stop feeding the system and it stops.

Kathryn keynotes on AI and revenue, most recently at the MedDev AI Marketing Summit, and trained in conversion under Joanna Wiebe of Copyhackers.

You can keep guessing. Or you can find out.

Find out what is actually holding growth back.

If the business still needs you to create the momentum, the problem does not disappear when revenue improves. It gets more expensive.

Find out where your revenue problem is starting.

Answer a few questions and I will sort your business into one of four revenue patterns, then take you straight to the breakdown for your pattern. What is happening, why it matters, and what to look at next.
