For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sobefit, Inc. DBA Revenue Alchemy. “You” refers to any website visitor, subscriber, client, customer, purchaser, student, member, or user.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

You may not use this website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on our intellectual property or the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, systems, or data
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, spam, or harmful code
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse website content
  • Harass, abuse, defame, threaten, or harm another person or business
  • Interfere with the normal operation of this website
  • Misrepresent your identity, business, qualifications, or affiliation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to this website, our content, our products, or our services if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

The content on this website is provided for educational, informational, marketing, and business strategy purposes only.

Nothing on this website should be considered legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, psychological, or professional advice outside the scope of our business services.

You are responsible for your own business decisions, actions, implementation, results, and outcomes.

4. No Guaranteed Results

We may share case studies, testimonials, examples, strategies, frameworks, client wins, revenue improvements, marketing insights, sales processes, conversion improvements, or business results.

These examples are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Your results depend on many factors, including your business model, offer, market, pricing, team, implementation, timing, budget, experience, sales process, technology, follow-through, and other variables outside our control.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue results
  • Specific lead volume
  • Specific sales outcomes
  • Specific conversion rates
  • Specific return on investment
  • Specific business growth
  • Specific platform performance
  • Specific visibility, traffic, ranking, engagement, or audience growth
  • That any strategy, framework, recommendation, or process will work exactly the same for every business

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your own business outcomes.

5. Services, Products, Programs, and Offers

Revenue Alchemy may offer consulting services, advisory services, strategy services, marketing services, sales support, audits, diagnostics, growth blueprints, workshops, templates, digital products, courses, memberships, downloads, resources, implementation support, artificial intelligence support, or other paid and unpaid offers.

Specific terms for paid services may be provided in a separate proposal, statement of work, client agreement, invoice, checkout page, order form, or written agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, rename, reprice, limit, or change any offer at any time.

6. Payments and Billing

If you purchase a product or service from us, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Payment terms will be stated at the time of purchase, in an invoice, proposal, checkout page, order form, or client agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payments are due according to the payment schedule provided
  • Late payments may pause or delay work
  • We may suspend services for nonpayment
  • We may revoke access to paid resources, programs, memberships, or materials for nonpayment
  • You are responsible for any failed payment, chargeback, or collection-related costs where permitted by law
  • Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because Revenue Alchemy products, services, consulting, strategy, trainings, templates, digital resources, workshops, diagnostics, blueprints, and client work involve time, preparation, expertise, intellectual property, and access to proprietary materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

Sobefit, Inc. DBA Revenue Alchemy does not offer refunds for completed purchases, paid services, digital products, consulting, strategy work, workshops, templates, downloadable resources, courses, diagnostics, blueprints, memberships, or other materials once payment has been made.

If you are on a recurring payment plan, subscription, membership, or retainer, cancellation terms will be governed by the applicable agreement, invoice, checkout terms, order form, or written client agreement.

We are committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality work and encourage you to review all offer details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before making a purchase, please contact us at Kathryn@revenuealchemy.net.
